“The guide was friendly and helpful. But the trip was poorly organized. According to the schedule, departure was at 9:00 am from Café de France, and a message the day before with information. On the day of departure, a text message at 8:00 am said we were leaving at 8:40 am from another café. No time for breakfast. Then a 45-minute wait for others. Finally, we left at 9:20 am. Before selling this trip, On the site, they should have explained clearly that the hiking up the mountain is dangerous, on narrow paths with loose gravel.”

“I did this trip with my two children (8 and 3 years old) and we all loved it. Our driver was prompt and the transport was good. Our tour guide was brilliant. He carried my 3 year old on his shoulders during the walk to the waterfall and was so good with him. The food was lovely. You were given 3 courses and had several choices for each course. The walk wasn't too difficult (about 30mins up and 30mins down) and it was absolutely worth it. Both our driver and tour guide took photos for us and made it clear there was no pressure to buy from any of the…”
