The tour guide had absolutely no sympathy, she complained that we might delay the trip (which we did not), and didn’t checked even once if my dad was ok. Even the other passengers were worried about my dad’s condition and offered medicine and stuff. The company should train their employees how to provide better customer service. Also, the bus should have prepared emergency kits on board.”
