“It started with great customer service by snow monkey resorts, the provider of this tour. I contacted them and they replied timely to my questions. GYG does not advertise that this company is willing to offer different pick up and drop off locations so I contacted them directly and they were able to confirm the start of my tour in Nagano and drop off in Hakuba. The big bus can carry your luggage. Once in Nagano we met our great guide John who took us around Nagano, sake tour and snow monkeys.
