“I wouldn't know about the activity because the ferry was cancelled. I arrived at the Ft. L port and no one was there. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail where I was told to send an email, which I did and also left a voicemail to call me back ASAP. A security guard told us that the ferry was leaving from the Port of Miami so we went there. After we confirmed the ferry was not leaving from the Port of Miami with the local personnel, I received a text showing an email from 3 Feb stating the ferry was cancelled. I never received the email…”

“The trip was beautiful. We snorkeled in a small cove and saw quite a few fish. I saw a octopus, and got to watch it change colors. The day was to windy to sail. Crew said the wind was 35 knots and because of that we were not able to travel to Lanai. Overall very nice with a small amount of passengers it made a much more personal opportunity. I would definitely book with them again. I forgot to get the name of the yacht however. Captain Chase was very professional and experienced. Totally enjoyable.”

“The tour was actually nice for the most of it. Bus transportation was great. Our driver was a local, friendly and did awesome driving. The bus was really nice, comfortable and smooth riding! Carriage ride was great, the tour guide was very informative. My first time seeing downtown and the market area. The weather was cold and windy. We didn't get to do our boat tour due to mechanical issues. A refund was mentioned, but not sure if they will. Boone Hall was informative, along with the Gullah session. The oaks trees were absolutely beautiful!”

“There were a couple of things that made my trip a little unsettling. First, there was a customer service issue with a server by the name of Edwin. It was station upstairs on the second floor of the ferry where you pick up your dinner or any beverages .He was extremely and unprofessional towards myself up to the point that I had to immediately report him to his supervisor. also, on a paid excursion location was named Dave’s golf cart. Some of staff was very unprofessional and making advances towards guest even mine at during our stay. In any event this type of behavior should not be permitted or tolerated.…”
