“The American speaking group got a van ride and not a big Coach. Sometimes it was hard to hear the tour guide in the van. The guide sometimes didn’t make sure the group stayed with him. He would walk ahead with the van. The company still allowed the booking on new years. Most stores and places were closed. So that was half our fault to assume it would be open.”

“Visiting Normandy was so incredible. What was a major disappointment was the experience of our ride and driver. This tour was an all day tour. We were picked up very early in the morning in Paris and driven to Normandy. I believe 2 hours maybe 2.5 in travel to Normandy. Our guide offered no information on what we were visiting, basically he was just a driver. We were 6 in total in a very uncomfortable van. We made a quick stop to use the toilets prior to arriving to the cemetery. A stop for lunch was supposed to be included and the restaurant we did stop at was closed and…”
